FEATURES
INVASIVES DETECTED
IVY detects a multitude of invasive and native plants, including the Chinese Wisteria, the Japanese Honeysuckle, and the Kudzu vine. The selection of the detectable plants is growing by the week, and it is sure to cover the needs of most gardeners.
DETECTION SCORE
On the homepage, IVY presents you with your detection score, which shows how many detections you have done that day. If you detect five or more plants in a day, you will be able to reach your daily detection goals.
DETECTION STREAK
Along with the detection score, the home page provides you with your detection streak, representing how many days in a row you have consistently used the app. The higher your streak, the more points you will get!
IMAGE DETECTION
On the detection page, you are able to upload an image from your camera roll and detect plants in it by simply pressing the detect button. Like magic, the app will show what invasive plants are in the image via a pop-up.
CAMERA DETECTION
Similar to the previous feature, the camera detection feature allows you to detect invasive plants with your camera within the app instead of uploading an image from your camera roll.
